What are the technology requirements for operating Talktrac®?

Hardware:
      Pentium 4 or above
      512MB RAM or higher
  Software:
      Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher (recommended), Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Safari 3 or higher
  Internet Connection:
      Minimum: 768Kbps download, 256Kbps upload.  

 

What mobile devices are supported by Talktrac®?

Apple iOS 3.2-5.0 beta: Tested on the original iPad (3.2 / 4.3), iPad 2 (4.3), original iPhone (3.1), iPhone 3 (3.2), 3GS (4.3), and 4 (4.3 / 5.0 beta)
Android 2.1-2.3: Tested on the HTC Incredible (2.2), original Droid (2.2), Nook Color (2.2), HTC Aria (2.1), Google Nexus S (2.3)

 

How is the data secured?

We take standard precautions to ensure that our customer’s data is protected from loss and unintended viewing.

Firewall
We have a strong firewall and fully patched servers that are monitored 24/7 to help prevent hackers from gaining access to your data. While we cannot guarantee that our servers are unhackable, we believe that they are as secure as most other websites that you may use.
Encryption
To protect your data in-transit as it travels from our server to your web browser, we use SSL encryption.
Backups
We use a redundant storage system to protect our customer’s data from software and hardware failure. We also have a nightly off-site backup to protect against a natural disaster or some other big problem.

 

What type of training options are available?

Web-based training is designed for Individual and Small Group (3-5)  Trainings.
On-site training is designed for Larger Groups. 
Custom designed trainings are available upon request.
